The CrossFit® Service Cup is a virtual competition for firefighters, caregivers and police officers.
They are firefighters, military personnel, police officers, doctors, emergency physicians or educators. They save lives, work in the medical-social sector and help us when we're in trouble. With the CrossFit® Service Cup, CrossFit® and Rogue pay tribute to these all-too-frequently forgotten everyday heroes.
The CrossFit® Service Cup is a virtual competition running from June 6 to 13. It is reserved for the following professions:

Certified CrossFit® Coach
Health professionals
Educator
Military
Military veteran
Firefighter
Police officer
Emergency Medical Service
Participants have one week to complete three Hero workouts (described below). For the others, it's a chance to test themselves on new exercises and show their solidarity with firefighters, educators and carers.
