PRs are coming to Hustle Up!

Hustle Up·3 septembre 2024

Your profile is enriched by a feature that many users have been eagerly awaiting: personal records (PRs).

What's a PR?

PR is the best result an athlete can achieve for a specific exercise or movement.

Why is it important to record your PRs?

The loads lifted, the time allowed to complete an exercise, the number of repetitions to be performed... CrossFit® is based on observable, measurable performance. At every WOD, athletes - whether beginners or advanced - try to improve their scores and validate their progress. It's therefore important to record your PRs for each exercise. They form the basis for setting goals, pushing your limits and making progress. PRs also enable you to identify areas for improvement and adapt your training sessions.

How do I enter my PR on Hustle Up?

You can access your PRs on the mobile application by going to your profile. Then click on “View my records”. Depending on your chosen modality - Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Cardio - you can add a personal record for all CrossFit® exercises.

You'll also find a table showing the % of your MR (Maximum Repetition).

In CrossFit®, reaching and surpassing a PR is important for practitioners. It marks a new stage in training and provides extra motivation to go beyond your limits.
