Saxon Panchik, Welcome to Hustle Up

Hustle Up·27 octobre 2025

Real training from a six-time Games athlete, now built for every athlete.

Saxon Panchik has competed on the CrossFit Games floor for over a decade, earning a reputation for discipline, perseverance, and leadership.

Now, Saxon is bringing that experience to Hustle Up. His programs are designed with a simple idea: training can build more than performance, it can build confidence, resilience, and community. Whether you’re chasing competition goals or simply want to enjoy moving every day, Saxon’s approach is about intent, balance, and steady progress.

What inspired you to share your training journey with a wider community?Since starting CrossFit in 2008, I’ve learned so much - through success, but even more through the setbacks. I don't even see them as failures anymore, because that's where the real growth happens.

I grew up in the gym, watching people chase their fitness goals and celebrate their wins along the way. After coaching at my dad’s gym, my brother’s gym, and eventually owning my own, I’ve realized how much knowledge I’ve gained, and I’m excited to share it to help others reach their goals too.

How do you translate lessons from competition into guidance for everyday athletes? Before any of us stepped onto a competition floor, we were just showing up at the gym to get better. Sure, we love to compete with others, but at the end of the day, it’s about moving your own needle.

When you trust the process and see your own growth, that’s when you’re able to perform at your best, whether in life or in competition. What I’ll be sharing in this group are the real lessons I’ve learned from both arenas, and how I’ve worked through them.

What are the core principles you never compromise when building a program? Progress is non-negotiable. There will be hard days in the gym, days where you feel like you’ve taken a step back, but those need to be balanced with moments of confidence and success.

I’ve learned that you compete at your best when you believe in yourself. That belief is built through consistent, intentional work, and that’s what I build into every program.

If your programs could leave athletes with just one lasting habit or mindset shift, what would you want it to be? Small habits done consistently lead to big results.Do the simple things right.

What excites you most about launching your programs on Hustle Up? I’m most excited to connect with the community. This isn’t just a training program, it’s a chance for me to truly get to know the athletes I work with and be a part of their journey. That’s what makes this meaningful.
