A dream come true
"It was an incredible opportunity, I must say! I was thrilled to win this spot through the Hustle Up competition—it was like a childhood dream coming true for me.
The most memorable moment? Without a doubt, doing two workouts with Rich was priceless! Having the chance to ask him anything we wanted was amazing.
I discovered Hustle Up last year at the Games when I saw their advertisements. I downloaded the app and signed up then, but hadn't used it much until now. I learned about the competition through Hustle Up's and Mayhem's Instagram accounts."

"I had an absolute blast! Getting to do a WOD with Rich Froning was incredible. While I typically avoid taking photos with CrossFit stars, he's different—he's the reason I started CrossFit!
My favorite part? The Q&A session. We discussed everything from the evolution of the CrossFit Games to the professionalization of athletes—a genuine, meaningful exchange!
Sharing a WOD with him was mind-blowing. Though I worried about getting crushed in front of everyone, it turned out great! As a coach, I admire how at almost 38, he maintains such passion for training and embraces new challenges like mountain biking and running. It's a mindset I deeply relate to."
