From the CrossFit Games to Hustle Up, Victoria Campos shares programs built on real training and real results.
Victoria Campos has represented Brazil on the CrossFit Games floor and built her career as one of South America’s most respected athletes.
With over a decade of affiliate coaching experience as a Level 3 coach, she now brings her training to Hustle Up. Her programs are designed for athletes and everyday gym goers, built around real-life training that drives results and helps people push their limits anywhere. "My goal is to help athletes feel stronger, move better, and build confidence in their training, no matter where they’re starting from. I hope they finish each program not just fitter, but excited to keep chasing what’s next."
What drives your approach when creating training programs? Having worked in Affiliates for over 10 years and coaching workshops around the globe, I’ve seen firsthand what most people struggle with and my job is to facilitate training, giving them a clear path and creating programs that are structured but flexible enough to fit into real life. I want people to feel confident that if they just show up and follow the plan, they’ll see results.
What lessons from competing at the Games have influenced the way you design programs? Competing at the Games taught me the huge difference between training for competition and training for life. Competition prep is about pushing the limits, peaking at the right time, and accepting that it’s not always ‘healthy.’ Training for life is about longevity, balance, and building habits that stick. I’ve done both myself, so when I write a program, I’m clear on the goal whether it’s to get someone ready for a competition or simply stronger, fitter, and happier in their daily life. And no matter what, I want people to trust the process and enjoy the journey.
Your “On the Go” workouts feel very practical. Were they inspired by your own lifestyle? Yes! I love traveling, but it used to throw off my training routine completely. I realized I needed quick, efficient workouts that made me feel good without eating up my whole day, especially if I was on vacation. A 10–20 minute session might seem small, but it’s a mental reset, a way to keep momentum, and you can do it anywhere, in the garden, in a hotel gym, or in an Airbnb. Training doesn’t have to be complicated or punishing when you’re away. You just need something that keeps you moving until you’re back home and ready to hit the gym again.
What’s your go-to advice for athletes who struggle with consistency? Discipline is the key. Even as a professional athlete, there are plenty of days I struggle and don’t feel motivated, especially if I see a workout that’s not in my wheelhouse. But I show up anyway and that’s where the magic happens.
Do what you can, and be okay with imperfection because progress comes from consistent effort over time, not from one ‘perfect’ week. Having a solid coach and program you trust makes it so much easier to stay on track too.
What do you want people to feel when they finish one of your programs? I want them to feel proud of their progress. Feel stronger, more capable, more confident. But also excited to keep going as Fitness isn’t a finish line, it’s a lifetime pursuit.
There’s always another layer to peel back, another skill to learn, another way to grow. My hope is that when people finish my program, they feel fired up to take on the next challenge, because progress never really stops. Start training with Victoria Campos on Hustle Up:
